eKiosk
eKiosk is a leading German manufacturer of digital signage products and interactive kiosk terminals — on the market since 2004 and based in the Dresden area. Design, engineering and production all happen in Germany: from touchscreen systems and information terminals to self-service and payment solutions and bespoke one-offs. As an ISO 9001-certified full-service provider, eKiosk accompanies projects from planning through production to rollout and support.

Foundation: Smart NexCX
Smart NexCX is the platform generation these partner solutions build on. Through open interfaces — from the REST API to the MCP standard — our partners’ AI assistants dock straight into appointment booking, resource coupling and visitor flow. A chat or phone dialogue thus becomes a binding appointment in the system instead of an island beside it.
Zaitgeist (Charly)
AI phone assistant for public administrations
With “Charly”, the Zaitgeist Innovation Group builds an AI phone assistant for public administrations. Charly takes incoming calls, answers routine matters automatically and speaks more than 30 languages — GDPR-compliant and on German server infrastructure. Zaitgeist thereby takes noticeable load off service centres and citizen hotlines and makes the first phone contact “strikingly human”.

neuraflow
AI platform for municipalities and administrations
neuraflow (based in Bremerhaven) builds AI solutions specifically for municipalities and public administrations. On one platform with a central knowledge base, neuraflow bundles the AI chatbot “neurabot”, the voicebot “neuraphone”, the internal research tool “neurapolis” and the information terminal “neurapoint”. All solutions run GDPR-compliant on German servers, meet BITV accessibility requirements and support more than 100 languages. Over 200 municipalities and around 5 million citizens already use the platform.

Merlin
AI for public administrations
Merlin Digital Solutions builds AI solutions for public administrations — “AI for administrations”. On one shared knowledge platform, Merlin offers three applications: the website chatbot “merlin_schreibt”, the phone assistant “merlin_spricht” for 24/7 citizen service and the internal staff assistant “merlin_assistiert”. The solutions are 100 % GDPR-compliant, hosted in ISO 27001-certified data centres in Germany/the EU and — thanks to an HTML snippet — ready to run in under 48 hours. More than 80 administrations already rely on Merlin.

Our SaaS applications run at IONOS — on Microsoft as well as on Linux platforms.
IONOS
IONOS is one of the largest European hosting and cloud providers, headquartered in Montabaur with data centres in Germany and Europe. The company runs its infrastructure under European data-protection law and is ISO 27001-certified. For Smart CJM, IONOS operates the servers our SaaS applications run on — on Microsoft as well as on Linux platforms.
What this means for you
Your data stays in Germany, in an environment built for European data-protection requirements. Because we operate both platform worlds, operations follow your IT — not the other way round. If you would rather host yourself, Smart CJM is also available as an on-premises installation.

Cyber attacks stand no chance with us. Since 1 January 2024 we deliver every SaaS instance through Cloudflare’s content distribution network — an integral part of our effort to give customers the most secure and most reliable service environment.

Smart Cloudflare
Over the past years we have observed a worrying trend in the frequency and intensity of cyber attacks. Our cloud services, which play an essential role in delivering our solutions, are squarely in the focus of those attacks.
The security and integrity of your data and of our shared IT infrastructure is our highest priority. To live up to that responsibility we decided to invest in an extended security architecture: Cloudflare is a state-of-the-art, comprehensive security suite built specifically to fend off such attacks and protect the systems reliably.
Data protection and certification
As part of its ISO 27001 certification, Smart CJM improves the level of security and availability in many areas. Availability and resilience (GDPR Art. 32(1)(b)) has been strengthened for all SaaS instances since 1 January 2024 by delivering the pages through the Cloudflare CDN. This makes DoS and DDoS attacks considerably harder and increases system availability.
